Job summary
Phoenix Futures at Ophelia House in Yarnton seeks a Residential Service Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and deliver a high-quality, recovery-focused residential programme. You will deputise for the Service Manager and participate in an on-call rota to support staff and residents.
Experience in a CQC-registered setting and strong leadership are essential, with a commitment to continuous learning and partnership working to benefit clients and services.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a CQC registered service or similar.
- Experience of managing teams or internal staff.
- Evidence of effective partnership working and the ability to network for the benefit of the client and service.
- Determined, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about making a real difference to the lives of people we support.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient delivery of a comprehensive residential rehabilitation programme.
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team of therapeutic workers, counsellors and night workers.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with best practice and Phoenix Futures policies.
- Maintain a recovery-oriented approach and commitment to professional development.
- Deputise for the Residential Service Manager as required.
- Participate in an on-call rota at Ophelia House.
