Job summary

LMJ Group | Chartered Accountants is seeking a full-time Management Accounting and Finance Outsourcing leader. The role involves preparation of management accounts and client advisory services, along with team leadership as the division grows.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in accountancy, relevant qualifications, and expertise in cloud accounting systems. This role offers a clear pathway to become a Practice Manager while working on-site in Luton or Kettering with ongoing CPD support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an accountancy practice, focusing on management accounts.
• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or qualified by extensive experience.
• Strong technical grounding in year-end accounts, corporation tax, and VAT.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management accounts to clients.
• Act as the outsourced Finance Manager, providing strategic support.
• Supervise and mentor junior members of the management accounting team.
