Job summary

Hawk 3 Recruitment is assisting a growing Oldbury manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager (Multi-Skilled). You will oversee two sites, drive reliability, reduce downtime and lead improvements across engineering and maintenance functions.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong mechanical/electrical skills, project management, and a proactive approach to health and safety. Salary £50,000–£60,000, Mon–Thu 8:00–17:00, Fri 8:00–14:00, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, multi-skilled engineering professional with maintenance management experience.
• Ability to lead from the front across two sites.
• Proficient in Excel and Excel-based preventative maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Lead and co-ordinate engineering and maintenance activities.
• Plan and manage engineering projects from start to finish.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Monitor and report monthly engineering objectives.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with Health & Safety requirements.
