What You’ll Be Doing
This is more than just tweaking models, it’s about engineering the next generation of conversation:

• Designing and developing machine learning models to improve conversational understanding, natural language processing (NLP), and dialogue management.

• Building robust, scalable pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs) and other NLP systems.

• Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to integrate ML models seamlessly into production systems, ensuring real-time performance and reliability.

• Experimenting with the latest ML architectures, including transformer-based models, to enhance conversational capabilities.

• Creating tools and frameworks for evaluating and improving model accuracy, latency, and user satisfaction.

• Staying ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends and integrating cutting-edge techniques into the company’s AI products.
