Job summary

Chaptr. is seeking a Lead ML Engineer to serve as the technical authority on ML engineering across the business, defining how we design, build and scale AI systems.

You will lead and mentor a team of engineers, set architectural standards, and collaborate closely with clients as a trusted advisor on complex ML initiatives. You will drive production-grade ML from concept through deployment, shape roadmaps, and defend your approach to senior stakeholders while expanding the capabilities of

Qualifications

• Track record of setting technical direction on complex ML projects.
• Experience taking models from concept to production at scale.
• Experience leading, mentoring and growing a team of engineers, including hiring.
• Ability to shape ambiguous, high-risk problems into clear roadmaps and deliver across multiple streams.
• Comfort working with clients as a technical advisor and defending rationale to senior stakeholders.
