Qualifications

Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager in a high-volume luxury restaurant.
Proven experience leading large, high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and service standards.
Commercial awareness with budgeting and labour experience.
Hands-on, floor-focused leadership with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and guest service.
Lead the restaurant floor during high-volume services with a hands-on approach.
Coach and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.
Maintain exceptional service, presentation and grooming standards.
Assist with staffing, rotas, labour management and business performance.
Own the restaurant in the General Manager's absence and ensure smooth operations.
Address guest feedback promptly and professionally.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training and team development.
Collaborate with senior management to drive operational improvements and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing and company standards.
