Job summary

Smurfit Westrock plc in Belfast is seeking a Lithographic printer – Pharmaceutical Packaging to lead the printing team on the shift, coordinating daily production to meet specifications, schedules and cost targets.

The successful candidate will ensure quality, safety, and maintenance, drive continuous improvement and mentor colleagues, while complying with 5S and environmental policies. Previous experience in a busy print environment is preferred and training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a printing team and meeting targets.
• Ability to work in a busy print environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in quality standards and print process controls.
• IT literate with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the printing team to meet production specs.
• Achieve production targets and prepare reports.
• Maintain high-quality standards aligned with customer specs.
