Qualifications
Extensive experience managing Linux-based systems in complex environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills across various system layers.
Background in automation and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
Experience with configuration-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
Experience managing incidents and outages, including RCA.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Linux Engineering Support Engineers.
Oversee support for Linux-based systems, ensuring stability and performance.
Act as a point of contact for complex technical issues and outages.
Drive adoption of automation and configuration-as-code practices.
Support onboarding of new systems and maintain documentation.
