Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing Linux-based systems in complex environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across various system layers.
• Background in automation and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Experience with configuration-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience managing incidents and outages, including RCA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Linux Engineering Support Engineers.
• Oversee support for Linux-based systems, ensuring stability and performance.
• Act as a point of contact for complex technical issues and outages.
• Drive adoption of automation and configuration-as-code practices.
• Support onboarding of new systems and maintain documentation.
