Qualifications

• 3–8 years’ experience in competitive intelligence, strategy consulting, pharma/biotech, healthcare, or related industries.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to connect qualitative and quantitative data.
• Confident communicator, resilient under pressure, and motivated to deliver quality work.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end to end from scoping client needs to final delivery.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research, including attending industry conferences.
• Analyse findings and distil insights and high-impact recommendations.
• Contribute to client deliverables, meetings and presentations.
• Support proposals and business development initiatives.
• Mentor new team members and shape a collaborative, high-performance culture.
