Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with an NMC PIN is required.
• Experience in adult nursing with complex care needs preferred.
• Ability to coach colleagues and handle challenging situations.
• Committed to best practice and person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement care for adults with complex needs.
• Provide person-centred and evidence-based nursing care.
• Develop collaborative care plans through assessment, planning and evaluation.
• Safely administer medications and promote wellbeing.
• Be the Nurse in Charge of a small unit during shifts.
• Manage situations when behaviours may be challenging.
• Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect.
