Job summary
Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Winsford is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to provide clinical leadership across our Winsford services, including Chapel House and Crook, supporting residents with acquired brain injuries, mental health needs and complex care.
The role requires an active NMC PIN, strong decision-making, and the ability to develop staff, ensure care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.
Qualifications
- Active NMC PIN is required.
- Experience as Registered Nurse in complex care settings.
- Ability to lead and develop teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership to nursing and support teams.
- Support management of complex clinical needs and risk.
- Ensure care plans, clinical documentation and risk assessments are accurate and up to date.
- Support medication management and safe clinical practice.
- Lead by example and maintain high standards across services.
- Support staff development, supervision and clinical competency.
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager, Deputy Manager and multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain safeguarding, governance and CQC compliance.
