Qualifications

• Calm nature and ability to handle challenging situations.
• Coach, teach and support colleagues in clinical settings.
• Knowledge of assessment, admission and discharge processes.
• Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
• Commitment to Codes of Practice and professional standards.
