Job summary

Envision Education is seeking a Lead Learning Assistant for a specialist school in Brent. The role supports students aged 11-19 with special educational needs, in a full-time, term-time-only arrangement.

Responsibilities include supporting pupils individually and in small groups, delivering engaging activities, and working closely with teachers and parents to ensure safeguarding standards are met.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has previous experience working with young people.
• Is patient, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting pupils with SEND.
• Has strong communication and organisational skills.
• Works well within a team and can motivate pupils.
• Lives in or around Brent, or is happy to commute, and holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
