Randstad UK is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a specialist school in Edenbridge. The role involves supporting pupils with complex needs on a 1:1, small group, and class basis, helping with wellbeing and life skills.

You will join a nurturing team committed to inclusive education. The school offers training, progression opportunities, and a supportive environment, with term-time hours, 8:30–4:30, Monday to Friday.

Formación

• Relevant SEN experience (desirable).
• Experience working or volunteering with children or young adults (desirable).
• English GCSE or equivalent.
• Maths GCSE or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

The site currently supports 110 pupils with the view to growing in January 2028. This setting is an independent specialist school that supports severe and complex needs SEN needs.

This school is currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join the team. In this role you're offered the opportunity to train and progress in a supportive working environment. Your role will entail supporting children on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis. You're supporting the 'whole child' so in addition to supporting their education you're also integral in ensuring their well Being, building their confidence, developing life skills and encouraging socialisation.

This role is required on a full time permanent basis and is a term time only role. Applicants will be expected to work Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm.
