Job description

The Role

You will be responsible for the delivery of Land Consents projects, ranging from small scale negotiations to large scale utilities projects in rural and city locations. You will be working within a regional team in overall client delivery of services and have sole responsibility for your own projects.

You will demonstrate professional presentation with clear communications. Have an understanding of H&S and how it applies to the estate management sector. You will have an awareness of the wider rural and projects division and how the estate management team interacts with it.

About you

  • Membership of Royal Institute Chartered Surveyors - MRICS/AssocRICS
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the Electricity Act (1989)
  • An understanding of the rural / infrastructure sector
  • Demonstrate good understanding of landlord and tenant relationships, legislation and best practice guidance.
  • Strong negotiating and communication skills
  • Demonstrates an understanding of billing processes, timesheets and raising of invoices.
