Job Description:

Lead Lands Consents Surveyor

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering Land Consents projects, ranging from small-scale negotiations to large-scale utilities projects in rural and city locations. You will work within a regional team, overseeing the overall client delivery of services, and have sole responsibility for your projects.

You should demonstrate professional presentation skills with clear communication. An understanding of H&S and its application to estate management is essential. You should also have awareness of the wider rural and projects division, and how the estate management team interacts with it.

About you

  • Membership of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors - MRICS/AssocRICS
  • Understanding of the Electricity Act (1989)
  • Knowledge of the rural/infrastructure sector
  • Understanding of landlord and tenant relationships, legislation, and best practices
  • Strong negotiating and communication skills
  • Understanding of billing processes, timesheets, and invoicing
