Job summary

Ferrovial Construction is seeking a Land Surveyor Lead to guide engineering surveying strategy across HS2 projects in the UK. This senior role requires extensive experience in civil infrastructure and leadership within major projects.

Responsibilities include defining survey management plans, ensuring technical excellence, and engaging with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Surveying or a related field and be a member of a recognized professional body.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience in engineering surveying on major civil infrastructure programmes.
• Experience in delivering high-speed rail or slab track works.
• Membership in CICES, RICS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Survey Management Plan for HS2 Track Systems.
• Lead technical assurance and quality control across survey operations.
• Act as the primary technical interface with stakeholders.
• Drive innovation in digital construction and survey technologies.
