Ember Inns in Coventry is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, train staff, and deliver great pub grub with pride. You will be the driving force behind a branded menu and a high-performing kitchen team in a community-focused pub.

You will manage daily kitchen operations, assist with food ordering and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met while guiding your team to excellence.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
