Professional Personnel Management Ltd in Bloomsbury, Central London, seeks a Senior Kitchen Porter (Grade M2) for a 1-day assignment on Monday 19th October 2026. Working a 6-hour day (09:30–15:30), you will take ownership of the kitchen wash-up area and support the kitchen team during peak service.

The role requires COSHH and food safety knowledge, a strong work ethic, physical fitness, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Senior KP with fast-paced kitchen experience.
• COSHH and food safety knowledge required.
• Physically fit and able to work independently.
• Punctual and professional presentation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee deep cleaning of pots, pans, utensils and equipment.
• Operate passthrough dishwashers safely and efficiently.
• Return all clean crockery and cutlery to correct storage.
• Carry out routine sanitation, waste disposal and surface cleaning.
• Assist head chef with light prep and deliveries.
• Maintain H&S and COSHH compliance throughout shift.
