Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert knowledge of kitchen finance (P&L, stock, waste) and safety/HACCP compliance.
• Proactive coach who loves developing people and fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
• Dedication to guest experience.
