Job summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking a Carpentry Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee a prestigious Oxford project for around two years.

You will manage a team of about 20 Carpenters/Joiners on site and coordinate two on-site Managers to deliver high-quality joinery and fit-out work safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Role requires strong leadership, excellent communication with clients, and a solid understanding of health and safety standards for premium developments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Joinery Fit-Out Site Manager on high-end residential or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Deep knowledge of joinery, fit-out processes, materials and techniques.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations; NVQ and CSCS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project manage joinery and fit-out from concept to handover.
• Lead a team of carpenters and assist two on-site Managers.
• Maintain client, architect, and subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure workmanship meets specifications and budgets.
• Monitor safety and compliance on site.
