Job summary

GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a Carpentery Fit-Out Site Manager for a prestigious Oxford project. You will oversee around 20 Carpenters/Joiners on site, coordinate with two on-site Managers, and ensure delivery to the highest standards.

The role requires proven leadership, strong knowledge of joinery and fit-out processes, and a commitment to health and safety. Occasional travel to London may be required; site hours are 07:30–16:30, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Joinery Fit-Out Site Manager on high-end residential or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of joinery and fit-out processes, materials and techniques.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and NVQ with a valid CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Project manage and supervise joinery and fit-out projects from conception to completion.
• Lead a team of carpenters to ensure productivity and safe workmanship.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and subcontractors to maintain clear communication.
• Monitor budgets and ensure delivery within agreed costs.
