Commercial Property Maintenance Services seeks an experienced Working Supervisor with a joinery background to join our team. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Joiner and will supervise the delivery of infrastructure projects and maintenance works on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, within budget, and in accordance with programmes and HSQE standards.

Daily travel will be required across the West Coast of Scotland, with occasional travel to other

Competenze

• Experience in a managerial/supervisory role within construction.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety legislation relating to construction.
• Strong leadership and site-management skills.

Mansioni

• Set up construction sites per company standards.
• Procure plant, materials and manpower to progress projects on programme.
• Lead labour and subcontractors on site while maintaining programme compliance.
• Manage on-site plant, materials and manpower to minimise waste and maximise productivity.
• Prepare task briefs and risk assessments for site activities.
