Job summary

Linear Recruitment is seeking an experienced Joiner to manage the day-to-day delivery of construction projects from start to completion on-site in Doncaster. You will lead site teams and subcontractors, coordinate labour, materials and deliveries, and ensure safety, quality and timeliness throughout the build.

As the on-site main contact, you will maintain excellent communication with customers and the Project Manager, read construction drawings and specifications, and uphold health and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction as Joiner.
• Experience leading and coordinating site teams.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and programme delivery.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in timber-frame, modular or residential construction is desirable.

Responsibilities
