Job summary

ZeroAvia Inc in Kemble is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (IVVQ) to lead validation, integration, verification, and environmental qualification tests for the ZA200 propulsion system. This role is vital for delivering certified, zero-emission aircraft propulsion systems.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and 6+ years of aerospace systems engineering experience, particularly with ARP4754B and DO-160G. Comprehensive benefits are provided to support work-life balance and mental health.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ systems engineering experience in aerospace.
• Proven experience planning and executing system-level IVVQ programmes.
• Experience with certified or in‑certification programmes.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver IVVQ activities across aircraft, system, and item levels.
• Develop and maintain V&V, integration, and qualification plans.
• Lead IVVQ reviews and represent IVVQ at design reviews.

Skills

Aerospace systems engineering

Strong working knowledge of ARP4754B

Experience with DO-160G environmental qualification

Requirements tools proficiency (e.g., Polarion)

Collaboration in cross-functional teams

Education

Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline (Master’s preferred)
