Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT recruitment experience with at least 2 years in leadership or team management.
• Proven track record of success in business development and managing key client accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of the IT landscape, including various technologies, programming languages, and IT roles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
