Job summary

Headley Professional Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Fit Out Project Manager for a dynamic business in the Stockport area. The role involves overseeing interior fit-out projects across sectors, with nationwide travel and a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong organisational and time-management skills, be capable of working unsupervised, and manage multiple priorities. Proactive planning and effective communication with senior management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager on interior fit-out projects.
• Excellent time-keeping and ability to manage workload and deadlines.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Good IT skills including Excel and MS Project.
• CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor labour and site management for the project.
• Control and analyze labour costs with QS.
• Attend client and contracts meetings.
• Collate, manage and sign off snagging works.
• Record variations and liaise with QS.
• Responsible for site health and safety from pre-contract to completion.
• Promote commercial awareness for on-site projects.
• Liaise with supply chain to ensure compliance and site setup.
• Ensure quality of workmanship to company standards.
• Deliver projects to the program of works.
• Monitor program and identify shortfalls and solutions.
