Lead Interaction Designer

Day Rate: £312 Inside IR35

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Hybrid (Cardiff twice a month)

Lead and Innovate in Complex Services

Join our dynamic team as an experienced Interaction Designer, contributing to impactful services such as Vaccination and Pharmacy Services. In this leadership role, you'll develop design concepts, coach and mentor teams, and set best practices, shaping both strategy and execution. Collaborate with service managers and stakeholders to create user-centred solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do

  1. Leadership & Mentorship: Guide teams, foster motivation, and share best practices while resolving team challenges.
  2. Strategic Planning: Lead complex design activities, compare processes, and drive measurable outcomes with a focus on end-to-end service design.
  3. Innovation & Prototyping: Create dynamic prototypes using modern tools, ensuring solutions meet usability and accessibility standards.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Manage communication, gather insights, and navigate complex discussions with senior stakeholders.
  5. Process Improvement: Develop strategies, research cutting-edge methods, and implement innovative approaches to elevate the user experience.
