Job summary

The Scale Factory Ltd in London is seeking a Lead Intelligent Automation & Low-Code Consultant with active SC clearance to design, develop and deliver automation solutions using Power Platform and Copilot. You will mentor junior developers and engage with C-suite executives to guide strategic automation initiatives.

This hands-on role requires strong communication and leadership, with the ability to influence priorities and deliver high-quality, scalable automation across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Must have active Security Clearance.
• Proven Power Platform development experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio, Copilot in Power Platform).
• Strong ability to engage with C-level executives.
• Experience mentoring or leading developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver automation and low-code solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and coach developers.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to define automation strategy.
• Lead technically while influencing automation initiatives.
