Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduates in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience in warehouse/logistics automation and PLC/WMS/WCS.
• Proven people management experience.
• Comfortable presenting to customers and collaborating with internal teams.
• Willingness to travel and hold a UK driving licence.
• Detail-oriented, organized and quality-driven.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the testing strategy across the project lifecycle.
• Lead pre-sales and delivery testing activities with customers.
• Build and execute comprehensive test plans for software and hardware.
• Oversee testing across suppliers, factory acceptance, and customer tests.
• Line-manage Integration Test Engineers and develop the team.
• Drive continuous improvements in test methodologies and tooling.
• Support technical designers with test data and reports.
