Job summary

Tempting Ventures is seeking an Integration Test Manager to lead the testing strategy for complex warehouse automation projects across the UK. You will work across pre-sales and delivery, defining test requirements with customers and driving the full testing plan through to live operation.

You’ll line-manage a team of Integration Test Engineers, coordinate with solution design and customers on-site, and push continuous improvements to testing methods and tooling.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics automation with PLC controls and WMS/WCS software.
• Proven people management experience leading a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the testing strategy across the project lifecycle.
• Build and manage detailed test plans covering integrated automated solutions.
• Oversee testing activities including QA checks, FAT, software testing, hardware testing, and customer UATs.
