Job summary

Sanderson is seeking an experienced Integration Architect (Senior) to support a high-profile replatforming programme for a financial services organisation.

Based in London or Bristol, the role is hybrid with 1-2 days on site per week and a six-month initial contract, with strong potential for extension. You will collaborate with architecture, engineering and delivery teams to define integration patterns, data migration and API strategy, translating architecture into practical designs.

Responsibilities

• Define the integration architecture and approach for a data-centric workstream.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across architecture, engineering and delivery teams.
• Design APIs, messaging, events, and system-to-system flows.
• Define use of synchronous APIs, asynchronous messaging, event-driven and batch integration.
• Map end-to-end system and data flows, including interfaces and data ownership.
• Translate architecture into practical, implementable designs with engineering teams.
