Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Lead Installer in Training to join our installation team. This role involves installing high-quality home organizing systems, following drawings, and ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

Paid training and opportunities for advancement to Lead are provided, with Monday–Friday schedules and comprehensive benefits. Installers will operate company vehicles and hand/power tools, lifting 50–100 lbs as needed, and maintain clean, efficient job sites while delivering

Qualifications

• Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.
• Reliable, punctual with good work ethic.
• Possess and maintain current driver’s license.
• Good driving record.
• Operate company vehicle in safe manner.
• Ability to lift/carry 50-100 lbs consistently.
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Follow drawings or instructions for setup.
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.

Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Lead Installer in Training. Lead Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner.

• Listed pay of $18.00-20.00 per hour.
• Direct career track to Lead with a pay increase.
• Paid training and ongoing professional development.

• Monday through Friday, no weekends.
