Job summary

LA International seeks a Lead Infrastructure Engineer for a 6-month contract with extensions. Based in London with hybrid working and 2 days per week onsite, offering a daily rate of £350–£400 via Umbrella.

Role covers day-to-day operations, BAU tickets, incidents, work orders, and projects within ITIL and Agile frameworks. Hands-on NAS, storage systems, and scripting are essential, with on-call duties and out-of-hours work compensated.

Qualifications

• Experience in administering NAS and storage arrays.
• Strong hands-on experience with Isilon/DSM scripting.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and REST API tools.
• Experience with Pure Storage and Dell EMC storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and BAU ticket handling.
• Participate in incidents, work orders, problems, and improvements.
• Work on projects on a rotation basis every 2 months.
• Attend capacity forums and weekly technical meetings.
• Provide on-call support and out-of-hours work as required.
