Job summary

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer for a 6-month contract, with hybrid working and 2 days per week onsite in London. The role involves BAU operations, incidents, and projects across a complex SAN/NAS/storage estate, with on-call duties and potential extensions.

Required hands-on NAS/Isilon administration, Pure Storage, VPLEX/Unity/VXRail, and strong PowerShell scripting. Experience with Commvault, Cohesity, and S3 is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience administering NAS and Isilon environments.
• Experience with PowerShell REST API tools and scripting.
• NAS migration experience.
• Pure Storage administration experience.
• Strong track record in enterprise admin environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on BAU tickets including Incidents, Work Orders and Problems.
• Attend weekly technical meetings and capacity forums; provide service management support.
• Support daily operations and on-call 24x7 on a rota basis.
• Collaborate with Storage Admin, Delivery, and application owners to maintain estate.
• Drive improvements and automation to manage the estate more efficiently.
