Job summary

Gravita is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to shape and deliver the firm’s technology infrastructure, cloud architecture and cyber security platforms across the UK. You will own architecture, configuration and security, and hand over to the IT Support team for day-to-day operations.

You will provide leadership across Microsoft 365, Azure, identity management, and security, ensuring scalable, secure and business-aligned platforms for Gravita’s offices and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience owning an M365/Azure/Security tooling stack.
• Strong Azure architecture and operations experience.
• Proven delivery of infrastructure and cloud projects.

Responsibilities

• Own Gravita's infrastructure and cloud roadmaps across M365, Azure and related services.
• Provide technical leadership across security tooling and identity management.
• Lead architecture, configuration, governance, and best practices for cloud platforms.
• Oversee cyber security operations and risk reduction initiatives.
• Mentor and lead across infrastructure, cloud and security teams.
