Job summary

Salford City Council is seeking a confident Best Start Inclusion Coordinator to provide operational leadership for Salford’s Early Years inclusion and SEND offer within the Best Start and Family Hubs framework. You will lead a specialist inclusion workforce and work with partners to ensure timely, coordinated support for children with SEND and their families.

You will drive inclusive practice, improve pathway coordination, and use data and professional insight to monitor delivery and contribute

Qualifications

• Experience leading inclusion workforce and coordinating multi-agency teams.
• Strong knowledge of Early Years SEND and inclusion systems.
• Ability to use data and feedback to improve practice and outcomes.
