Job summary

Salford City Council is seeking an experienced Best Start Family Hubs Coordinator to lead and shape the delivery of the Best Start Family Hubs across two localities, ensuring coordinated access for families with children aged 0–5.

The role focuses on early years, early intervention and partnership working, offering a chance to impact outcomes and join a developing integrated model that supports communities across Salford.

Qualifications

• Experience in early years, family support and partnership working.
• Understanding of Best Start Family Hubs or similar integrated service delivery is a plus.
• Ability to lead across multiple localities and engage with diverse partners.

As we continue to develop our Best Start Family Hubs offer, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Best Start Family Hubs Coordinator to join us and play a key role in shaping and delivering this important agenda.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years, early intervention, family support, partnership working and improving outcomes for children aged 0–5 and their families.

As a Best Start Family Hubs Coordinator, you will provide leadership across two localities, supporting the implementation and embedding of the Best Start Family Hubs agenda across Salford. You will work across Family Hubs, network sites and community settings, ensuring that families can access a coordinated, inclusive and responsive offer close to where they live.
