AND Digital is seeking a Lead Identity & Security Engineer to shape authentication and authorization across the Accounts platform. You will provide technical leadership across identity and security, partnering with engineering, architecture and security teams to embed identity practices across applications and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect implementations.
• Proficient with JWT token-based auth and lifecycle management.
• Experience with IdP solutions and enterprise IAM.
• Strong Java backend development for secure, production systems.
• Familiarity with Git-based delivery and modern CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and operation of identity and access management across the Accounts platform.
• Provide technical leadership for token-based authentication services, incl. JWTs.
• Design secure identity solutions using industry standards and protocols.
• Lead development of secure API patterns across applications and integrations.
• Establish and promote standards for identity and security across teams.
• Mentor engineers in identity and security best practices.
• Collaborate with architecture, platform and security teams to resolve identity challenges.
• Improve reliability, scalability, observability and operational maturity of identity services.
• Produce and review security guidance and architecture decisions.
