Job summary

Consult is seeking a Lead IAM Consultant for a 6-month contract in Crawley to support a major UK airline. You will drive IAM discovery, run workshops with stakeholders and owners, and assess controls across identity lifecycle, access governance, PAM and application IAM.

You will translate complex findings into practical recommendations and clear executive reporting, working with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta or Ping Identity and various scripting languages.

Qualifications

• Strong IAM consulting and delivery experience.
• Experience with JML, IGA, RBAC, PAM and access certification.
• IAM data discovery, reconciliation and analysis.
• Familiarity with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta or Ping Identity.
• Scripting and query skills: PowerShell, Python, SQL or Bash/Shell.
• HRMS, ITSM and directory services experience.
