Job summary

Logan Companies is seeking a Lead New Construction HVAC Installer to install heating and cooling systems in residential homes, for new construction and remodels. Requires 2+ years of HVAC experience in residential installation; competency cards a plus.

Company offers benefits including medical, dental, 401K, profit sharing and PTO. The role includes leading installation work, reading blueprints, and duct design, with schedule Monday–Friday and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC experience with New Construction and remodeling installation.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight spaces.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Basic computer skills for iPad and cell phone communication and documentation.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends or holidays.

As a Lead New Construction Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of new heating and cooling systems in residential homes, for both new construction and remodels. Experience required in residential installation. Competency cards a plus. Compensation will be based on knowledge and experience. Opportunities for Advancement. Company van with paid gas and maintenance supplied to our Lead Installers
