Job summary

Savills Management Resources & Springfields Designer Outlet & Leisure is seeking an experienced cleaner to lead a small housekeeping team on site in the Centre. You will manage daily tasks, rosters and quality checks to ensure a welcoming environment for the public.

The role requires experience in retail cleaning, ability to supervise, and a valid UK driving licence is preferred for site operations. Salary is £13.20/hour, with 30 hours per week over four days.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Previous cleaning experience within the retail (or similar) industry.
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Managing the day to day tasks assigned to the housekeeping team.
• Completing rosters and managing your small team of housekeepers.
• Conducting spot checks on our facilities.
• Reporting and reacting to incidents as required.
• Cleaning interior and exterior touchpoints, surfaces, furnishings, fixtures and fittings.
• Cleaning interior and exterior floors and floor coverings.
• Cleaning washroom areas and replenishing consumables.
• Removing waste from internal and external areas and disposing of it properly.
• Removing sharps / biohazards as needed and disposing of them safely.
• Escalating incidents to Site Supervisor/Operations Manager for immediate rectification.

Skills
