You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose issues, and lead teams to keep rooms and facilities running smoothly while adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Performs semi-skilled maintenance and repair of property or facility systems.
• May be skilled in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, preventative maintenance.
• Ensures health and safety and environmental regulations are followed.

Responsibilities

• Implement maintenance programs for the hotels.
• Conduct reactive and preventative maintenance to keep hotel facilities functional.
• Diagnose breakdowns and organise timely repairs.
• Prepare maintenance logs and progress reports.
• Coordinate with GMs and managers to manage budgets and contracts.
