Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust's Birth Centre at Stoke Mandeville Hospital is seeking a Band 6 midwife to lead home births and support women choosing the alongside birth centre, with a strong emphasis on autonomy, continuity and personalised care.

You'll perform holistic risk assessments, mentor junior staff and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based care and help reduce health inequalities across pregnancy, birth and the postnatal journey.
