The role focuses on delivering person‑centred care, guiding a dedicated team, and maintaining high standards for safety and quality within a 69‑apartment independent living scheme.

You will manage rotas and budgets, uphold CQC regulations, and build strong relationships with residents, families and health professionals to ensure compassionate, tailored

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience in domiciliary or community care.
• Passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the Mental Capacity Act.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a caring, person-centred home care service that helps customers live independently, safely and with dignity.
• Be a visible and supportive leader, inspiring, coaching and developing your team to deliver outstanding care.
• Oversee rotas, budgets, quality and performance to ensure excellent care and a sustainable service.
• Build relationships with customers, families and healthcare professionals to understand what matters most to each person.
• Oversee personalised care plans and risk assessments, ensuring care is responsive and tailored.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safeguarding and continuous improvement.
