Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the Cellular Pathology Department.
• Engage in teaching and support other clinical, medical, and managerial colleagues.
• Participate in departmental governance and uphold Trust procedures and policies.
• Lead cervical screening histology reporting to ensure compliance with national guidance.
• Contribute to the ambitious Trust development programmes and network collaboration.
