Qualifications

• Strong highway design expertise and experience across related projects.
• Ability to communicate complex engineering issues to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.

Responsibilities

• Leading the technical delivery of design tasks and activities
• Preparing and/or checking/approving detailed technical reports, calculations, drawings and specifications
• Developing designs from concept through to detailed design
• Implementing workflow, design processes and best practices
• Supporting the technical and professional development of team members
• Communicating with clients and other stakeholders
• Contributing to resource management and to the business strategy
• Ensuring compliance with standards, regulations and quality management system
