Job summary

Renishaw is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a high-mix, high-complexity assembly operation in a precision engineering environment. You will oversee a team of operators and technicians, ensuring on-time delivery, quality and safety while driving improvements across processes and performance metrics.

You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and customer-facing teams to create a positive, high-performing production environment and to support business objectives

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a team in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Strong ability to analyse data and use metrics to drive improvements.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
