ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD seeks a Specialist Home Improvement Agency Surveyor to manage delivery of disability adaptations in Westminster. The temporary role pays £212.14 per day PAYE, and involves overseeing complex installations and a broad programme of home improvements within residential properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery of specialist disability adaptations.
• Ability to supervise and develop Surveyors and Apprentices.
• Strong understanding of health and safety compliance and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of specialist disability adaptations (e.g., level-access showers, stairlifts).
• Oversee home improvement, repairs, damp and condensation works and disrepair cases.
• Coordinate workload and supervise Surveyors and Apprentices.
• Investigate defects and service issues and drive resolutions and service improvements.
• Build partnerships with internal teams, contractors and external agencies to ensure compliance.
