Job summary

Ackerman Pierce is seeking an Adaptations Surveyor based in London to manage housing adaptation projects from survey to completion. You will deliver works safely, on time, and to a high standard within a busy team supporting vulnerable residents.

Role requires experience in adaptations or housing projects, knowledge of Disabled Facilities Grants, AutoCAD proficiency, and strong communication and project management skills. Day to day cover with a salary of £40-£42 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specifications, schedules of works, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Manage contractors and monitor project delivery.
• Carry out pre and post inspections.
• Prepare Disabled Facilities Grant documentation.
• Identify property defects and recommend solutions.
• Liaise with residents, Occupational Therapists, and contractors.
